Policies that we think are within reason.
In an attempt to run a successful online business and establish an on going business relationship with our customers we extend a refund and cancellation policy that we think is within reason.
We would like for our customers to be happy with their purchase, so in the case that you receive your sash, stole or other item purchased from The Sash Out not in satisfactory condition please contact us ASAP! and give us the opportunity to resolve any issues with your item.
We will work diligently with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase and transaction with us!
Do You Need to Cancel?
In the event that you wish to cancel your order we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase if the cancellation is made within 3 business days. This means you have 3 business days to cancel after submitting your order.
Example: If you submit an order (online or by phone) on Tuesday you will have until the close of business day Friday to cancel.
Because you are ordering a custom made item your order is generally put into production on the 3rd business day.
Any order cancellations after 3 business days NO REFUND will be given!
Our Refund Policy
If you qualify for a refund it will be initiated within 3 business days of cancellation date. Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account or credit/debit card account.
Please keep in mind that after The Sash Out has initiated your refund it can take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your credit or debit card. Refunds to PayPal accounts are credited immediately.
Note: Refunds will not be given because USPS, UPS or FedEx was late delivering your order, packages undeliverable due to incorrect address or postal code.
Our Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on custom orders. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to your order going into production. If you receive an item that is damaged or there is misspelled text/titles on your sash or stole we will remake it for you after we have received the item back. Damaged items or misspelled text/titles must be returned by the customer and must have a RM# (Returned Merchandise Number) If you return items to The Sash Out without our authorization or a RM# it will be returned to sender!
