As a general matter, copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner. The Sash Out either owns the content, has purchased copyright use or have received permission to use graphics or photos of others seen on this website. We ask that you respectfully do the same.

Logos and Art Work

When sending your logo or artwork for digitizing and embroidering onto your custom order, sash or stole, we are under the assumption that you are either the owner or have authorization to use it. By sending the logo/artwork to The Sash Out you are giving us permission to use it. We will not be liable for copyright infringement, we (The Sash Out) will work with and assist in any way with the owner and other authorities should we be contacted about copyright infringement. Please be sure you have permission!!

The Use of Chat and E-mail

When using our chat feature please be patient the representative needs time to read your comment and type a response.

When sending emails please be respectful, do not leave rude, threatening or distasteful comments.
